My name is Malin Richardson, I’m 23 years old and currently living in Stockholm. I grew up in Italy, Belgium, France and the US due to my father’s work. I started my blog when I was 17, the nickname Mogi comes from my sister Jenny. She used to call me Mogi when I was younger so when I thought about what to name the blog Mogi came straight to mind. The blog grew in a tremendous speed and my media breakthrough came during the summer of 2009, my blog was one of the most well-publicised blogs during 2009.

I have always had a big passion to inspire people and make people laugh! I started doing videoblogs that I posted on my blog and rapidly they became a huge success, having over 3 000 000 views on youtube. During the autumn of 2009 VeckoRevyn’s Blog Awards took place in Stockholm. VeckoRevyn being one of Sweden’s biggest magazines for young women. I won the title Videoblogger of the year which felt absolutely fantastic, to get that kind of feedback from my readers was extremely heart warming.




My blog started to grow very fast internationally in 2011 so I started to write the blog in two languages. The feedback came very fast and in February of 2012 came my first invitation to New York Fashion week. Where I attended shows like: Alice + Olivia, Michael Kors, Tibi, Whitney Eve, Anna Sui, Mara Hoffman and Badgley Mischka.

Where am I today?


Today I have been blogging for over 7 years. I run my own company and I have my own jewelry line Syster P by Mogi. My plan for 2013 is to continue to travel the world and give continues inspiration to you readers. The next step will be to move back to Paris in the spring for 3 months. I hope you will tag along!
